Scratches that can be felt but do not affect the use of the laptop / system. Minor scratches to the screen but only on the edge not in the centre. Minor dead pixels / blemishes that do not affect the view on the screen. The product has been well used and it shows.
Products classified as C-Grade have obvious and / or considerable scratches, dents and damage. Scratches and / or pixel errors on the screen are acceptable. The device is complete and fully functional. Deep scratches that go along the key panels / laptop lids. Dents / damage to the case.
Deep scratches or dead pixels that affect the users view. The Product is faulty or none working. AND KEEP UP TO DATE.
