EU serials and have not been on a Cisco Smartnet contract before. We have an export licence for Cisco products. All refurbished items are given basic tests in house and serial numbers of parts recorded before dispatch. Serial numbers will be itemised on the invoice.

All licensing requirements is the responsibility of the purchaser.
